资源简介:
A total of 64 patients were included in this study. There were 32 patients in the combined group and 32 patients in the control group. The general data of the two groups of patients, such as age, gender, and disease course, were compared. The differences were not statistically significant (P > 0.05). They were comparable. The intraoperative indicators of the two groups are shown in Table 1. The average operation time of the combined group was (52.1 ± 6.8) minutes. It was significantly shorter than that of the control group (68.5 ± 7.6) minutes (P< 0.05). The average intraoperative blood loss of the combined group was (17.8 ± 5.6) mL. It was significantly less than that of the control group (28.0 ± 7.8) mL (P < 0.05). The average number of intraoperative fluoroscopy times of the combined group was (3.5 ± 0.9) times. It was significantly less than that of the control group (5.1 ± 1.7) times (P < 0.05).The postoperative functional indicators of the two groups are shown in Table 2. At 6 months after surgery, the average VAS score of the combined group was (0.94± 0.44) points. It was significantly lower than that of the control group (2.47 ± 0.80) points (P < 0.05). The average ODI score of the combined group was (17.75 ± 5.65) points. It was significantly lower than that of the control group (27.13 ± 6.18) points (P < 0.05). The excellent and good rate of lumbar function recovery in the combined group was 93.75% (30/32). It was significantly higher than that of the control group 75.00% (24/32) (χ2=4.27,P=0.039).
