Gene expression profile at single cell level of immune cells from ileum of ArpC5 mutant and control mice

ArpC5 mutant mice develop spontaneous enteritis. We sought to investigate the gene expression profile in the single cell level to have insight into the pathology observed comparing to control conuterparts. Overall design: immune cells from small intestine lamina propria (ileum) were isolated by Fluorescence-activated cell sorting (FACS) and analyzed using scRNAseq.
