Cell line: HEK293T Transfection: PEI-MAX, 24 hours Lysis performed with/without RNase treatment. Immunoprecipitation stage 1 with anti-DYKDDDDK antibody, eluted with 3xFLAG peptide buffer Immunoprecipitation stage 2 with TALON Cobalt Resin, saved for on-bead digestion
