资源简介:

Files associated with Hunter et al (in press). The repository includes two excel spreadsheets with soil data and the tiff files produced for SOC estimates from the soil chronosequence created for this study for landslide polygons from LaHusen et al (2020) - (DOI: 10.1126/sciadv.aba679). The two R markdown files used to calculate soil organic carbon (SOC) stocks and create figures are included as well. Question regarding them may be directed to the corresponding author (Brooke Hunter - Appalachian State). The code is intended purely for analysis of this dataset and pathways to files will need to be updated to local reference paths. The code is not intended to be directly transferable to another dataset of landslides and soil data. This repository does not include access to publicly available datasets (SoilGrids 2.0). Please see Poggio et al 2021 - (https://doi.org/10.5194/soil-7-217-2021) Please do not hesitate to contact the corresponding author (Brooke Hunter) with any questions.
