Source data and analysis scripts for comparative repeatome analysis of Chinese medicinal plant genomes

This record contains source data, processed summary tables, statistical outputs, and analysis scripts associated with the manuscript on comparative repeatome analysis of medicinal plant genomes. The deposited files include species metadata, transposable element composition summaries, young TE summaries, LTR insertion-time summaries, figure source data, and R scripts used for statistical analyses and visualization. Large raw EDTA output directories are not included due to file size.
