Project manager(s): Essam M. Abdelalim (Sidra Medicine, Qatar) Wild type iPSCs (WT-iPSCs) generated and fully characterized in our laboratory were used for RFX3 knockout iPSCs (RFX3 KO iPSCs) generation. WT-iPSCs and RFX3 KO iPSCs were differentiated into pancreatic progenitor cells to uncover RFX3’s role in regulating coding and non-coding RNA network at pancreatic progenitor stage as described in the article titled “RFX3 loss disrupts non-coding RNA networks in iPSC-derived pancreatic progenitors” by Aldous et al. The dataset represents small RNA-seq data generated from pancreatic progenitors (PPs) derived from WT-iPSCs and RFX3 KO iPSCs.
