Phagocytic microscopy and MP-TFM assay with RAW macrophages upon treatment with cytoskeletal inhibitors

Confocal image stacks of fixed RAW macrophages phagocytosing soft 1.4 kPa DAAM-particles functionalized with IgG to trigger phagocytosis, and with AF488-Cadaverine for visualization. Cells were stained for F-actin, and particles were stained with a fluoresecent secondary antibody to reveal the exposed surface. <br><br>Cells were treated with myosin-II inhibitor Blebbistatin, Arp2/3 inhibitor CK666 or formin inhibitor SMIFH2 prior to and during the phagocytic assay. Control cells were treated with DMSO. <br><br>File Names contain DMSO, Bleb, CK666 or SMIFH2 to indicate the treatment group.
