Processed RNA-seq data supporting "Skeletal responses to unilateral tibial loading during disuse in male and female mice: bilateral skeletal responses and HPG-axis-associated gene expression"

This dataset contains processed RNA-seq gene-expression tables and sequencing quality-control summary statistics supporting the manuscript “Skeletal responses to unilateral tibial loading during disuse in male and female mice: bilateral skeletal responses and HPG-axis-associated gene expression.”The RNA-seq cohort comprised 20 female mice, with 10 mice in the ground-control condition and 10 in the tail-suspended hindlimb-unloading condition. Two tibiae from the same condition and limb category were combined per pooled biological replicate. The deposited expression tables contain five pooled biological replicates per condition and limb category, yielding 20 sequencing profiles in total.Sample identifiers are DL-1–DL-5, DR-1–DR-5, SL-1–SL-5, and SR-1–SR-5. D denotes ground control, S denotes tail suspension, L denotes the mechanically loaded left tibia, and R denotes the contralateral non-loaded right tibia.Files include an unnormalized gene-level count matrix, expression tables supplied by the sequencing provider as TPM and FPKM, and sequencing quality-control summary statistics. Gene annotations include Ensembl mouse gene identifiers and genomic locations referencing the GRCm38.p6 assembly.This deposit contains processed expression data and QC summary statistics only. Original sequencing read files (FASTQ) are unavailable and are not included.
