This is a dataset containing medical images and corresponding diagnostic reports. The features in the dataset include image path, the image itself, structured report, findings section, impression section, etc. Moreover, there are finding fields filtered based on different diagnostic conditions. The dataset is split into training, validation, and test sets, with the training set containing 124359 examples, the validation set containing 976 examples, and the test set containing 1459 examples.
