This dataset contains the following files: - view_trial.xlsx: Excel spreadsheet containing data from individual trials.- view_participant.xlsx: Excel spreadsheet containing data aggregated at the participant level.- consensus.xlsx: Excel spreadsheet containing consensus data analysis.- image_id_list.txt: Text file listing the IDs of the images used in the study from The Karolinska Directed Emotional Faces (KDEF); https://kdef.se/. These files provide comprehensive data used in the research project titled "Exploring the Visual Field Restriction in the Recognition of Basic Facial Expressions: A Combined Eye Tracking and Gaze Contingency Study" conducted by M.
