Dataset on hygienic-sanitary conditions of food establishments in a public market

The Dataset on hygienic-sanitary conditions of food establishments in a public market includes data from 328 establishments in Asunción, Paraguay and 140 variables in Excel format. In N/A cases, a brief justification for inapplicability was provided in an additional column adjacent to the corresponding variable. A data dictionary file is also included to provide definitions for each variable and their possible responses, alongside a supplementary document containing the complete on-site assessment questionnaire. The dataset is used in market monitoring, the design of training programs, and research on food safety.
