Records of Documentary Materials of the Municipality of Sežana

According to Article 48 of the Decree on Administrative Operations, the administration of the local community keeps a record of documentary material, which is the basic record of the performance of the work and tasks of the body. Documentary material shall be recorded in the records of documentary material received or generated by the authority in the course of its work. Records of documentary material shall be kept on the basis of the classification character plan and in the order of the cases. Records of documentary material shall be kept in electronic form in the Information System for Recording of Documentary Materials.
