DES-ncRNA

DES-ncRNA is a knowledgebase that contains information obtained through the text- and data-mining of available scientific literature and several other resources. DES-ncRNA enables exploration of associations between biological terms or keywords from literature related to human miRNA and lncRNA. DES-ncRNA contains approximately 878,000 associations of terms from these dictionaries of which 36,222 (5,373) are with regards to miRNAs (lncRNAs).DES-ncRNA是一款知识库，其收录的信息均通过对现有科学文献及其他多类数据源开展文本挖掘（text-mining）与数据挖掘（data-mining）工作获取。该知识库支持探索与人类微小RNA（miRNA）、长链非编码RNA（lncRNA）相关的文献中生物学术语或关键词之间的关联。此知识库共收录约87.8万条此类术语的关联条目，其中36222条与微小RNA（miRNA）相关，5373条与长链非编码RNA（lncRNA）相关。
