This repository contains precomputed and transformed Enformer scores mapped to GTEx tissues for all canonical protein-coding genes using the GRCh37 assembly. The CAGE tracks were aggregated and mapped to GTEx tissues using a regularized linear model. AbExp uses these scores to predict the variant effect of genetic variants located in promoter regions.
