Code and data for the paper "<b>The utility of herbarium collections for genetic monitoring</b>". To visualize the populations we were able to reconstruct, feel free to use this tool: https://www.isaaceckert.ca/herbarium/herbarium-genomics. To obtain information on a specific population, use the R script <i>Obtain.Pop.Info.R</i> to get spatial stats, temporal spread, and urls to access the specimens on GBIF.
