Most letters are addressed to the Maritime Services Board; some are addressed to other departments such as Customs, Railways and others to firms concerned with cargoes and to individuals concerned with maintenance of public facilities, for example members of a harbour trust. The subjects of letters include handling of cargo, wharf and harbour facilities, stores and staff matters. Feb 1938-Oct 1940, May 1942-Sep 1943 (6/4889, 4/7769.5-7769.7). 4 vols.
