Current overall plan for staff skills development in addiction and addiction care, (Yes=1, No=0) (-2021)
收藏资源简介:
This is a development key figure, see questions and answers on kolada.se for more information. The municipality has a comprehensive plan for the staff’s skills development in addiction and addiction care. The plan should also have been followed up over the past year. A comprehensive plan refers to an operational plan for the development of the personnel’s skills, based on the objectives of the business and the mapping and analysis of the personnel’s individual competence. “Staff in specified areas” means administrators who, within the Board’s activities, are responsible for investigations and/or planning, follow-up according to SoL, LVU, LSS and LVM, but not heads of unit/equivalent with operational, personnel and budgetary responsibilities. A staff member can be administrators in several areas and they may need to develop skills in all these areas. Continuous supervision refers to the supervision of trained tutors, in groups or individually. The tutorial should be regularly repeated over a longer period of time, i.e. given at least once every two weeks during the spring and autumn semesters. Continuing education refers to education with a view to maintaining and developing the level of competence necessary to carry out the tasks. Further education at tertiary level means that, through higher education, staff are gradually and planned to deepen their knowledge of the field if there is access to it in the field. ‘Followed up’ means that you have checked that the overall plan for staff development is being used and functioning as intended and that it has been revised if necessary. The follow-up must be documented.
