Landscape complexity - Pilot Assay

This document presents and explains the metadata from the pilot study carried out in Spain (CIAPA) in 2024, as part of the European BETTER-B project. It details the standardized lab-to-field methodological pipeline used to evaluate honey bee colony resilience under controlled flupyradifurone (FPF) exposure. The dataset includes monitoring records of food uptake, acute mortality tracking, and long-term colony development assessments (brood, adult population, and resources) quantified via the 'sixths method' over a 200-day period, alongside background and residue analytical controls.
