TCGA_LGG_Original_Source_Data

This dataset contains the source files used to construct a reproducible multi-omics database for Brain Lower Grade Glioma (LGG) based on TCGA PanCancer Atlas data.The uploaded files include the unprocessed input datasets collected before cleaning, harmonization, validation, relational database modeling, SQL import, and graph-based analysis. These files represent the starting point of the project pipeline and are provided to support transparency, reproducibility, and independent verification of the database construction workflow.The source data may include clinical information, survival data, mutation data, copy number alteration data, mRNA expression data, and other LGG-related genomic or molecular files used in the project.These files should be used together with the project README and associated SQL/database files to understand how the raw TCGA LGG data were transformed into a structured relational and graph-compatible multi-omics database.
