Historical monuments in the Gers department

Public utility easement (SUP) provided for in Articles L.126-1, R.126-1 and A.126-1 of the Urban Planning Code, relating to the protection of heritage (code: AC1). Public utility easements are administrative limitations on the right to property established for the benefit of public persons, concessionaires of public services or public works, private persons engaged in an activity in the public interest. AC1 is an easement of protection relating to heritage. This layer describes the protection perimeters that apply around historic monuments classified or listed in the supplementary inventory.
