In order to understand the response mechanisms of gray mold pathogen, Botrytis cinerea was treated with isooctyl alcohol, one of the volatile compounds produced by Bacillus siamensis, and RNAseq gene expression analyses were performed. The DEGs of Botrytis cinerea were analyzed under isooctyl alcohol treatment. These results will be helpful to exploring comprehensively the antifungal mechanism of Botrytis cinerea under isooctyl alcohol stress.
