Replication data for The contribution of the visual modality to vowel perception in native and non-native speakers

Data and scripts for the statistical analyses of correct identification (by English listeners) of vowels in Audio-only (A) and Audiovisual (AV) speech in noise for 2 French and one English speaker. Data for confusions. The dataset contains two Excel files with the raw data for correct identification (by English listeners) of vowels in Audio-only (A) and Audiovisual (AV) speech in noise for 2 French and one English speaker; and the Audiovisual benefit for the English and French (two speakers pooled) speakers. It also contains three pdf files with the raw data for the vowel confusions per speaker, vowel, and modality; and scripts and results of the statistical analyses.
