Biofilm microorganisms respond to various external environmental conditions by forming biofilms. During the processing and transportation of milk through various stages of production, it is challenging to avoid contamination by biofilm microorganisms. By determining the presence of resistance genes in the Bacillus genome and their location on the plasmid, a targeted treatment plan can be proposed.
