Statistics of information access requests for IDGs of the Canton of Zurich from 2013

Number and method of completion of requests for access to information submitted in writing in the cantonal administration. Not included are the so-called formless applications — in practice much more numerous — so-called formless applications. This includes in particular the enquiries submitted by telephone or by e-mail. Columns: “year”; “organisational unit”; ‘request_haengig_jan’ (on 1 January of the year); ‘request_total’ (all year); ‘access_unrestricted_awaited’; ‘access_partial_respected’; ‘access_full_rejected’; ‘other-wide discharge’ (e.g. withdrawal, objectlessness); ‘request_haengig_dez’ (on 31.
