INKJET PRINTING PAPER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide inkjet printing paper which is excellent in image quality at the time of inkjet printing， hardly causes ink strike-through and bleeding， and can be used as book paper. SOLUTION: Inkjet printing paper has a paper base material and an ink receiving layer on at least one surface of the paper base material， in which a ratio of a mechanical pulp occupied in the total pulp of the paper base material is 40 mass% or more， the paper base material contains 5-20 mass% of mica as an internal filler with respect to the total pulp， and the ink receiving layer contains a cation-modified polyvinyl alcohol resin and a cationic resin.
