Urinary proteomic patterns of progression from acute to chronic kidney disease in a Wistar rat model
收藏资源简介:
This dataset contains the raw and converted mass spectrometry files generated for the urinary proteomic characterization of an in vivo rat model of the acute kidney injury (AKI) to chronic kidney disease (CKD) transition. Urine samples were collected on day 56 after the initial insult from male Wistar rats (Rattus norvegicus) assigned to four experimental groups: control (C), cisplatin (cPt), unilateral warm renal ischaemia (I), and a combined cisplatin + ischaemia model (cPt-I) in which ischaemia was induced after apparent recovery from the nephrotoxic insult. Label-free quantitative (LFQ) shotgun proteomics was performed by nano-LC–MS/MS on a Q Exactive HF mass spectrometer. The dataset is intended to support reproducibility and reanalysis of the urinary proteomic signature associated with maladaptive renal repair and AKI-to-CKD progression reported in the associated manuscript.
