16S rRNA sequence i rhizosphere soil of Choy sum

Nitrogen (N) fertilizer has widely been used to promote plant growth and yields for half a century in China. However, the overuse of N leads to soil degradation and imbalanced soil ecology. It becomes unclear whether the addition of N can still improve the production of green leafy vegetables and how the rhizosphere bacteria are affected in the long-term fertilized fields.
