Structural plasticity of dendritic secretory compartments during LTP-induced synaptogenesis

This dataset consists of the following 3 parts: (1) a ReadMe.pdf that explains how to view the original image files, and trace files needed to see how the analyses were completed for this paper; (2) four 3DEM series (aligned tSEM images and trace files) analyzed using the Reconstruct software; (3) data extracted from the 3DEM series, and used for statistical analyses and generating figures for the paper.
