Transmission electron micrograph of a representative sertraline-treated arf1Δ mutant cell. ARF1 encodes a small regulatory GTPase that nucleates vesicle formation in the early secretory pathway. The circular organelles appear to be aberrant Golgi. (5,000X). The untreated control is CIL 40412.
