This dataset contains raw data supporting the analyses and figures presented in the manuscript on syntenin PDZ domain–peptide interactions. The files are organized into thematic folders corresponding to specific figures and computational experiments.
Folder “Raw Data Figs2 and 3”:
Includes genomic and proteomic sequence data used for the identification and classification of PDZ-binding motif (PDZbm)–containing proteins in Mycobacterium tuberculosis.
