In summary, G6CGT and GmSUS were used to develop a one-pot two-enzyme system, which provides an efficient method for the syntheses of isoorientin and isovitexin involving the cycling and regeneration of costly UDP-glucose in the reaction. This coupled system provides a widely available approach for structural modification of the plant natural products via a low-cost process.
