To investigate whether circulating tumor cells exhibit NK sensitive gene expression profiles, we performed bulk RNA-sequencing on NK sensitive and NK resisitant cell lines, including two in-house derived CTC lines. Overall design: Comparative gene expression analysis of RNA-seq data between cell lines that sensitive or resistant to NK based cytotoxicity assay.
