We generated DNA methylation profiles of 500 diverse individuals to enable to construction and validation of DNA methylation biomarkers of aging. Overall design: We selected 500 subjects to generate a cohort that was evenly divided between male and female, and represented a broad range of ages and race/ethnicity. DNA isolated from the blood of these subjects was profiled with the Illumina Infinium MethylationEPIC v2.0 array.
