Intestinal toxicity in rats following administration of CDK4/6 inhibitors is independent of primary pharmacology

We used microarrays to analyze changes in gene expression in gastrointestinal tissue (musocal scrapings) after 4 days of dosing. Total RNA was extracted from tissues of 3 rats per experimental group for analysis.本研究采用基因芯片（microarray）技术，对给药4天后的胃肠道组织（黏膜刮取物）的基因表达变化进行分析。每个实验组选取3只大鼠的组织提取总RNA，以用于后续分析。
