本数据集涵盖小鼠胚胎发育第3.75天(E3.75)的全胚胎RNA测序(RNA-seq)数据——该阶段滋养外胚层(Trophectoderm, TE)、原始内胚层(Primitive Endoderm, PrE)与上胚层(Epiblast, EPI)三种细胞类型已清晰分辨——以及经解剖获取的内细胞团(Inner Cell Mass, ICM)的RNA-seq数据,用于鉴定特异性表达于内细胞团的基因。本研究采用囊胚期E3.75小鼠全胚胎与免疫外科剥离的内细胞团进行RNA提取及测序。
