We have obtained data of the PU1-DNA binding locations in human and mouse inflammatory DC generated in vitro, with or without a TLR4 agonist stimulation. Overall design: Biological replicates of human monocyte derived or mouse bone marrow derived inflammatory DC were cultured for 7 days, stimulated or not with LPS and collected at day 10. PU.1 ChIP Seq followed by High Throughput Sequecing was performed.
