BD Carthage®

The BD CarTHAgE ® (Database on Thematic Cartography of the Water Agencies and the Ministry in charge of the Environment) is the result of the national desire to have a system of spatial tracking of surface aquatic environments for France. It is produced by the Water Agencies from the IGN's BD CARTO ® cartographic database, which describes in digital form all the information present on the national territory. Until 2017, it is updated annually for the metropolis according to a cycle involving the water agencies and the IGN and occasionally for the DOM.

The CarTHAgE® comic is free of charge to any third party for non-commercial use.

BD CarTHAgE ®（英文全称为Database on Thematic Cartography of the Water Agencies and the Ministry in charge of the Environment，即水系机构与环境主管部门专题制图数据库）是法国为构建地表水生环境空间追踪体系而开发的专项数据集。该数据集由各流域水系机构基于法国国家地理信息研究院（IGN, Institut Géographique National）的BD CARTO ®制图数据库制作而成，该数据库以数字形式完整收录了法国国土范围内的全部地理信息。截至2017年，该数据集针对法国本土每年由水系机构与IGN协同更新，针对海外省（DOM, Départements d'Outre-Mer）则仅进行不定期更新。

任何第三方均可免费非商业使用CarTHAgE®数据集（原文标注为comic，疑为笔误）。
