This project aim to characterized whole genome sequences of two ST100-MRSA-hVISA clinical isolates from Argentina recovered from the same patient before and after 40 days of vancomycin treatment (strains D1 and D2 respectively) and two in vitro VISA derivatives (D23C9 and D2P11) selected from D2 by serial passages in the presence of vancomycin. This data is part of a pre-publication release.
