硅(Si)被认为是植物的“准必需”营养元素,也是一些浮游植物的必需营养素。大气沉降逐渐成为硅营养物质进入生态系统的重要补充方式。目前尚未有关于大气硅沉降的全国性观测数据报道。2013年,以中国科学院生态系统研究网络(CERN)和全国各台站为依托,建立了中国区域典型陆地生态系统大气湿沉降观测网络(China Wet Deposition Observation Network, ChinaWD)。观测网络从2013年持续至今,包括全国43个站点。这些站点较为均匀地分布在每个生态区,几乎涵盖了中国主要的生态系统类型。本文重点汇编和整理了ChinaWD网络2013–2020年43个站点的大气硅湿沉降通量数据。ChinaWD观测网络具有严格的质量保证和质量控制规范。测试过程中,使用标准的母液和空白样品进行测试和校正,采用重复处理以保证数据的准确性。所有相关参数均表明了测试结果的准确性和可靠性。本数据集弥补了区域硅沉降数据的不足,可以为后续区域,全国和全球硅生物地球化学循环研究提供数据支持;也为全面评价营养元素(氮,磷,硅)的比例特征及其生态效应提供了独特的科学数据。

Silicon (Si) is considered a "quasi-essential" nutrient element for plants and an essential nutrient for some phytoplankton. Atmospheric deposition has gradually become an important supplementary way for silicon nutrients to enter ecosystems. To date, no national-scale observational data on atmospheric silicon deposition has been reported. In 2013, the China Wet Deposition Observation Network (ChinaWD) for typical terrestrial ecosystems in China was established relying on the Chinese Ecosystem Research Network (CERN) and various national stations. The observation network has been operating continuously since 2013, covering 43 sites across the country. These sites are evenly distributed in each eco-region and almost cover all major terrestrial ecosystem types in China. This paper focuses on compiling and organizing the atmospheric silicon wet deposition flux data from the 43 sites of the ChinaWD network during 2013–2020. The ChinaWD observation network has strict quality assurance and quality control specifications. During the testing process, standard stock solutions and blank samples were used for testing and calibration, and replicate treatments were adopted to ensure data accuracy. All relevant parameters demonstrate the accuracy and reliability of the test results. This dataset fills the gap in regional silicon deposition data, and can provide data support for subsequent regional, national and global silicon biogeochemical cycle research; it also provides unique scientific data for comprehensively evaluating the proportional characteristics of nutrient elements (nitrogen, phosphorus, silicon) and their ecological effects.
