本公共数据资源为泸水市发展和改革局在开展数据赋能基层治理工作过程中收集整理形成，主要包括泸水全市人口的姓名、证件类型、证件号码、联系方式、人口类型、居住地址、居住楼号、居住单元号、居住房间号等信息，可实现基层报表 “一次采集、多方复用”，支持矛盾纠纷预警、就业帮扶等治理场景，推动基层治理从 “填表报数” 向 “平台用数” 转型。

This public data resource was collected and organized by the Lushui City Development and Reform Bureau during the implementation of data-enabled grassroots governance work. It mainly covers information of all residents in Lushui City, including name, document type, identification number, contact information, population category, residential address, building number, unit number, and room number. The resource enables one-time collection and multi-party reuse of grassroots report forms, supports governance scenarios such as conflict and dispute early warning and employment assistance, and promotes the transformation of grassroots governance from "filling out forms and reporting figures" to "utilizing data via platforms".
