Zoning of the Land Management Plan (POL)

Mapping of the zoning imposed by the Cantabrian Law 2/2004 of 24 September 2004 on Land Management Plan. The Land Management Plan or POL is a spatial planning instrument of Cantabria provided for in Cantabria’s Law 2/2001 of 24 June 2001 on Territorial Planning and Land Planning Scheme of Cantabria. The determinations of the Law of the POL are supramunicipal in nature and condition the rest of the figures of spatial and urban planning of lower rank (General Plans of Urban Planning and its figures of development, and how many Special Plans are of lower rank than that of this Law). Its scope is the territory of the 37 coastal municipalities of the region, with the exception of urban land, urban areas with approved Partial Plan, protected areas with declarations and spaces with a plan for the management of natural resources (PORN) in force.This set of data also incorporates the amendments introduced, after the adoption of the Law, in accordance with the provisions of Article 3 and D.T. 12ª of Law 2/2004.Last edition 16/01/2015
