The PIPC Roll Call Data codes each roll call from the 83rd to the 108th Congress for vote type, i.e. rule, amendment, final passage etc. as well as issue type. We also include the vote margins. See the codebook for more detail. The data is provided by David W. Rohde and the Political Institutions and Public Choice Program (Duke University).
