DEAD-box RNA helicase RH20 positively regulates RNAi-based antiviral immunity in plants by associating with SGS3/RDR6 bodies

We compared the abundance of viral small RNA by inoculating BSMV on RH20-KO transgenic and non-transgenic Nicotiana benthamiana; and compared the species changes of endogenous small RNA in RH20-KO, RH20-KD, and RH20-OE transgenic and non-transgenic plants were compared in an attempt to prove that RH20 plays a positive regulatory role in RNAi disease resistance pathway.
