RNA-Seq of Fe-cycling microorganisms in monoculture versus co-culture

Comparative RNA-Seq profiling of Sideroxydans sp. CL21, a microaerophilic, Fe(II)-oxidizer, and the facultative anaerobe Shewanella oneidensis, an Fe(III) reducer.
