Sensitive natural area of Cantal
收藏资源简介:
A Sensitive Natural Area (ENS) is part of the protected natural areas (ENP) which are designated or managed in an international, Community, national or local context with a view to achieving specific objectives for the conservation of natural heritage. At the level of the department, any so-called “sensitive” natural space (site, landscape, rare or threatened natural environment, natural field of flood expansion, wood or forest, natural part of the so-called “fifty geometric steps” area, as well as certain paths or trails) can be purchased by the General Council from the funds raised by a specific tax (TDENS — departmental tax on sensitive natural areas) covering certain buildings and developments. These areas, thus protected by land control, are managed and opened to the public in 4 objectives: * preserve their quality;* safeguard natural habitats; * create walking and hiking itineraries;* create spaces dedicated to sport and nature. They are classified as IUCN Category V.Legal References: Articles L142-1 to L142-13 and R142-1 to R142-19 of the Urban Planning Code.
