Single-cell RNA sequencing of lung tissues from non-irradiated wild-type, irradiated conditional knockout with drug treatment, and irradiated wild-type mice

This dataset provides scRNA-seq profiles of lung tissues from three experimental groups: non-irradiated wild-type controls, irradiated conditional knockout mice treated with drug, and irradiated wild-type mice. The data enable analysis of radiation-induced lung injury, gene expression reprogramming, and the modulatory role of both conditional gene deletion and pharmacological intervention.
