This dataset includes feature count matrices, cellular barcodes of tumor plasma cells, and RDS files containing processed single-cell RNA sequencing (scRNA-seq) data. The data were generated and analyzed as part of the study by Fokkema, Bertamini et al. (in review, 2025), focusing on the transcriptional landscape of bone marrow and circulating myeloma plasma cells.
