The most recent parcel-based property specific zoning designations within unincorporated areas of King County. The features are defined by official King County zoning ordinances in reference to parcels, cities, and other property data maintained by King County Department of Assessments. These conditions apply restrictions or allowances to permitted development over and above the base zoning designations due to unique circumstances of the properties they apply to. This layer is an aggregation of the former p-suffix, special district overlay, and demonstration project area layers.
