本项目主要研究偏光片保护膜的防静电材料、压敏胶粘剂技术和精密涂布技术,突破原材料、涂层配方和制造技术的瓶颈,制备适用于液晶显示面板用偏光 片保护膜。开发的偏光片保护膜产品突破了原材料和工艺技术的瓶颈,填补国内空白,实现了连续生产,产品得到了国内偏光片厂商的认可,并形成了稳定的订单。本项目通过研究聚噻吩、石墨烯、碳纳米管等防静电材料的协同导电效应、聚酯 薄膜拉伸倍数对防静电性能的作用机理、压敏胶固化反应机理、抗静电剂与压敏胶的相容性原理,制备了性能合格的偏光片保护膜基材及偏光片保护膜。通过研究精密涂布工艺、溶剂干燥动力学、张力系统控制,实现了偏光片保护膜连续生产。抗静电基材层实现表面电阻 E8Ω~E9Ω,透光率≥89%,雾度≤5%,偏光片保护膜剥离力0.01N/25mm~0.1N/25mm,耐候性80℃×500h、60℃、90%RH×500h偏光片表面无残胶、条纹。
This project mainly focuses on the antistatic materials, pressure-sensitive adhesive technologies and precision coating technologies for polarizer protective films, aiming to break through the bottlenecks in raw materials, coating formulations and manufacturing processes, and develop polarizer protective films suitable for liquid crystal display (LCD) panels. The developed polarizer protective film products have broken through the bottlenecks of raw materials and process technologies, filled the domestic technological gap, achieved continuous production, been recognized by domestic polarizer manufacturers, and formed stable order cooperation. This project has investigated the synergistic conductive effect of antistatic materials such as polythiophene, graphene and carbon nanotubes, the mechanism by which the stretching ratio of polyester films affects antistatic performance, the curing reaction mechanism of pressure-sensitive adhesives, and the compatibility principle between antistatic agents and pressure-sensitive adhesives, and prepared qualified polarizer protective film substrates and finished polarizer protective films. By studying precision coating processes, solvent drying kinetics and tension system control, the continuous production of polarizer protective films has been realized. The antistatic substrate layer exhibits a surface resistance ranging from 10^8 Ω to 10^9 Ω, a light transmittance of ≥89%, a haze of ≤5%, a peel force of 0.01 N/25mm to 0.1 N/25mm for the polarizer protective film, and meets the weather resistance requirements: no residual adhesive or streaks are observed on the polarizer surface after aging at 80℃ for 500 hours, and at 60℃ with 90% RH for 500 hours.
