A mechanism initiated by the Ministry of Culture to reduce inequalities in access to books and the culture of writing, to raise awareness among babies and very young children about the book, to promote collaboration between book and early childhood actors, and to promote children’s literature.Piloted by libraries, the projects raise awareness of reading among children aged 0 to 3 and their families.
